It allows the customer to set Corporate level KPI’s, Corporate KPI’s for the plants to follow and manage, and also specific internal plant KPI’s. With these levels, all organization’s major indicators can be easily accessed (by the ones who have access to them) and also consolidate corporate data.

By defining who does what, each participant feeds the primary data to each indicator and the tool manages calculations and exports results to a standard or customized template for management.
