In a lean organization, efficiency follow up of equipment is critical for good decision processes. Indicators like OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) are standard working information that sometimes is difficult to evaluate with precision, because it might depend on manual records.

Our solution includes the possibility to install a PC-Machine interface in order to get inputs directly from the production equipment and systematically get precise and correct data. The information received in our system, can be complemented with operators comments in order to clarify the reason of machine efficiency losses.
